The cap is the point at which the brokerage will no longer take a commission split and the Realtor® receives 100% of the commissions. Caps are restarted annually, (anniversary of the day you Decided to Rise) for agents transferring from another brokerage with an anniversary date, we will honor your previous anniversary so your transition is smooth and you are not paying a cap quicker than necessary. 

You have a couple of options!

• You may pay your cap right away and start keeping 100% of your commissions instantly.
• You can choose to be paid your commissions out at an 80/20 commission split until your cap is reached and then you will keep 100% of your commissions.

We have an annual renewal charge of $249.00 due on your anniversary date which helps support Rise in supporting you!

That's it! No franchise fees, desk fees, transaction fees, technology fees...none! We like to keep things simple.
